The students are off to a wonderful start with their research projects. We have used various websites, online encyclopedias, and books to search for facts. Students have a set of note cards to take notes on, and a "Work Cited" card to cite their sources on. This is a great experience for the class. They are learning about ancient Egypt, how to locate information, take notes, cite sources, write a paper on a topic, and they are even learning about the importance of staying organized!
Please talk to your child daily about this project. Make sure they have not fallen behind. Let me know if you have any questions. I'm excited to see their final products!

sorry i will not be able to have after school Wednesday because i have a family reunion and i told my dad and he said that is not a good enough reason for after school i just deserved lunch detention
